Free Health Assessment

Every now and then, I am faced with the question…WHAT MINERAL SUPPLEMENT(S) to buy or use, What brand is better and why. For sometime now, I blindly bought and used what appealed to me. However a few weeks ago, I had the privilege to get a free health assessment and recommendations on what vitamins and mineral supplements to buy and use. The results have been amazing so far.

The health assessment provided me with information on Body Weight, BMI, Body Fat %, Skeletal Muscle %, Visceral Fat Level, Resting Metabolism and Body Age. With the results, I received a list of recommended mineral supplements which I acted upon promptly. After all, an investment in personal health, is an investment in a better tomorrow.

In addition, the brand of supplements recommended is Nutrilite (Trade Mark). Nutrilite supplements are organic and plant based. Furthermore, the company controls every step of the process from seed to supplement. Add to that, 180 days customer satisfaction guarantee! This link has information as to why chose the Nutrilite brand https://www.amway.com/faithandtony/nutrition/nutrilite/why-nutrilite

Left Out

We were having dinner together when our youngest daughter broke the silence. “I feel left out! she exclaimed. You see, these two (referring to her older sister and brother) have conversations which they don’t let me in or I do not understand,” she added full of concern.

“I do not think it is that they (older siblings) mean to ‘leave you out’ I replied calmly. In addition, they love you dearly. You know, even people from the church love you a lot. You are always getting little gifts from them. Anyway, what do you think we should do?” I asked her. At that moment I had an epiphany.

“Do you want mummy to get another baby?” I tossed out a suggestion. She actually toyed with the idea for a couple seconds. However before she could answer, her elder sister interjected. “This table has 6 seats, we occupy five of them (since we are a family of five) and the last one is for JESUS!” The topic had come to an interesting end. Certainly we were not going to have another child and take up the seat reserved for Jesus on our dinner table. Even our youngest daughter felt, that would be unfair to do. Hence, she is learning of ways to accommodate herself every time she feels like she is left out.
